WebTurn the OpenVPN off and you'll see you can get to it just fine. The workaround for this is you must bounce off a local host (in your LAN) to get to the synology. Or get clever with NAT, or a proxy, or a port bouncer. Personally I ssh into a Linux box and use tunneling.
