Cannot unload hive access denied

<iostream>WebI can't unload the hive because I get an access denied, even after taking ownership of the registry key. I'm sure a server reboot would unlock it, but I have dozens of active users, so it needs some organisation to do that. I'd prefer to find a way to force unload the hive. As far as I see, REG UNLOAD does not have a force parameter.
