This form must be approved and on file in the Student Health Insurance Office by the 10th day of Fall and Spring Semesters and the 6th day of Summer Semester. WebVisit the First Student website. Click on the Waive button Enter in the required information and a valid alternative health insurance policy. Submit You will receive an email to confirm your submission. Keep this email until you see the charge removed from your student bill.
